Google Gmail data: If you choose to connect a Gmail account, Notify365 accesses Gmail data only after you provide explicit consent via Google OAuth. Gmail data is used solely to enable email features within the Service, such as reading incoming emails and sending emails when you initiate the action. Notify365 does not use Gmail data for advertising purposes and does not sell Gmail data. You may revoke Gmail access at any time from your account settings or from your Google Account.

- Messaging and voice providers (e.g., Twilio)
- Payment processors
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
- Legal authorities when required by law
When you enable Gmail integration, relevant data may be processed through Google services strictly to provide the requested email functionality.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Gmail data is retained only while the Gmail integration is active or as necessary to deliver the email features you have enabled.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Notify365 does not sell personal information and does not share data for advertising purposes. California residents may request disclosure or deletion of personal data as permitted by law.
9. International Users
